Restored, traditional village house, set in the delightful village of Llauro, nestling in the foothills of the Pyrenees, whilst just twenty kilometres from the Mediterranean
Tucked away in the ancient back streets of Llauro, this house has been lovingly restored and comprises three bedrooms, large open plan kitchen/family room and a separate large lounge. The property still boasts many of its original features and even has a roof terrace, with views across the Plain of Roussillon towards the Corbieres. The house is accessed by climbing the front stairs to the main door. First Floor Through the door you arrive in the main living area, to the left is the open plan kitchen which has been kitted out with all necessary amenities. A little further into the room is a table and chairs for dining and then further are two sofas, two armchairs, television, stereo and a selection of books and board games.
