Restored, traditional village house, set in the delightful village of Llauro, nestling in the foothills of the Pyrenees, whilst just twenty kilometres from the Mediterranean

 

Tucked away in the ancient back streets of Llauro, this house has been lovingly restored and comprises three bedrooms, large open plan kitchen/family room and a separate large lounge. The property still boasts many of its original features and even has a roof terrace, with views across the Plain of Roussillon towards the Corbieres.

The house is accessed by climbing the front stairs to the main door.

First Floor

Through the door you arrive in the main living area, to the left is the open plan kitchen which has been kitted out with all necessary amenities. A little further into the room is a table and chairs for dining and then further are two sofas, two armchairs, television, stereo and a selection of books and board games. At the back of the living area is a comfortable double room.

Opposite the Main door are two more rooms. The largest of these is the Bathroom, with Shower, double basin unit and separate w.c.. The other door leads to a utility room with extra fridge, washing machine and selection of outdoor furniture.

Second Floor

Accessed by stairs, leading off the living room, there are two twin bedrooms and a separate w.c.. From one of the bedrooms, you go through a door onto the roof terrace, where you can either soak up the sun or loose yourself in the view.

Ground Floor

Again, this floor is accessed by stairs leading from the living room. On this floor, there is a large lounge with many original features, sofas and a wood burning fire. At one end is a door leading out onto an small alley.
